Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Financial Management
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue.
- Control costs and maximize profitability.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Implement pricing strategies to optimize sales and profit margins.
Marketing and Promotion
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote special events or offers.

Quality Control
- Ensure food, beverages, and service meet established standards.

Reservation and Event Management
- Coordinate and manage reservations and events.

Technology Integration
- Implement and manage POS systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role or similar position.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
