Key Responsibilities

Mix and Serve Cocktails

• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages for restaurant guests, ensuring a diverse range of options for all guests.
• Craft a variety of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks, with precision and attention to detail.

Customer Service

• Provide friendly and attentive service to restaurant guests, interacting with them to understand their preferences and needs.
• Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, recommending suitable cocktails or beverages based on customers’ tastes.

Bartending Skills and Techniques

• Demonstrate proficiency in bartending skills, such as mixing, shaking, stirring, and garnishing cocktails.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences, making personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.

Menu Planning and Presentation:

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to established recipes and quality standards.

Guest Interaction and Service Excellence

• Interact with customers in a welcoming and engaging manner, fostering a positive and memorable experience.

Inventory Management and Supply Replenishment

• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, ensuring availability of ingredients and bar tools.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience, anticipating needs and providing proactive service.

Compliance and Regulation

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barman in a bar, lounge, or restaurant setting.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, and bartending best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and provide personalized service.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality drinks and customer experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively during peak service periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
