Content Creator

We are seeking an imaginative and experienced Content Creator with a background in the hospitality industry to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and marketing materials. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and industry knowledge to effectively promote our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative content strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Write engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and website copy related to hospitality industry trends, travel tips, destination guides, and company news.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, photos, and videos to accompany written content and drive engagement on social media platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and execute content ideas for special promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various channels, using insights to optimize future content strategies and improve engagement metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in content marketing and social media.

  • Min. 5 years with hospitality background.
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Social Media Manager in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar and punctuation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media algorithms, and content analytics.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and experience creating multimedia content (photos, videos, infographics).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and content management systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and an understanding of customer behavior in the hospitality industry.
